When I was younger I enjoyed the simple things like riding my bike, chasing my dog or playing legos. As I felt myself getting older simple things such as chasing your dog started to feel boring because of the constant pressure to always do something bigger and better. We start losing our happiness when we are always looking for what’s next. This year going to college I am leaving all things behind. The things that have formed who I am will be gone but finding joy in the simple things will bring YOU back to the child inside.
